We Did It!
What an incredible tour of Spain! I'm extremely proud of what these students (Freshwater Senior Campus & Manly Selective Campus) have accomplished in such a short amount of time. We performed on several occasions as part of a combined Choir and Strings tour, visiting Madrid, Merida, Barcelona, Seville, Malaga, Antequera, Granada, Toledo and Valencia!
The Guitar Ensemble played a number of tunes - an arrangement of Billie Jean, Waltzing Matilda, Spain, Lingus...and I was chuffed to have the students play my original 'Spanish Hearts' in Spain!
